If you're having trouble logging into your account, follow these steps:

  • If your organization has SSO enabled, you will not be required to input any login information.

  • If your organization has not enabled SSO, please ensure that you're using the correct email address and password.

  • If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

  • Check your internet connection to ensure that the problem is not related to connectivity issues.
