Do workplace connections matter?

The 2023 Gallup State of the Workplace report reveals that only 23% of global employees are actively engaged in their work, leaving the majority feeling disconnected. Research indicates that employees who successfully build meaningful connections in the workplace not only are more productive but also experience greater job satisfaction and are less likely to leave their company.
